Last updated: 2026-08-01. Growth Engine (grow.zalize.com) is an internal admin console operated by Zalize for managing product growth workflows.

Data we process

• Admin account data: an internal operator email address and login timestamps.
• Session cookie: a strictly-necessary ge_session cookie for authentication. No analytics or third-party cookies are used. Public article pages set no cookies.
• Search performance data: Google Search Console metrics, which may include search query strings. Retained for at most 13 months, then deleted.
• Internal business data: product, directory, submission and article records. No end-user personal data is collected.

Purposes

Authentication of internal operators, SEO/GEO performance measurement, and content publishing operations.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, storage), LLM API providers configured by the operator (content generation), Brave Search and Perplexity (visibility checks). Only the minimum data required is sent to each.

Retention & your rights

Session data expires automatically. Search query metrics are retained ≤ 13 months. To request access or deletion of any personal data, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
