Refund Policy

The short version: RiseWake is currently completely free. We have never charged anyone and will not charge anything during the beta, so there is nothing to refund today. This page also states the rules we commit to when paid billing launches.
1. Current status (free beta)
- Every feature is free during beta, no credit card required, and no charges of any kind exist.
- Content generation is BYOK: model usage is paid by you directly to your model provider and is independent of us — refer to that provider's refund policy for those charges.
2. Commitments for when paid billing launches
- Publish before charging: prices and billing rules go on the pricing page first; nobody is charged before they are published.
- Explicit refund window: concrete refund terms and conditions will be published on this page when paid plans launch, and shown before you pay — not buried in fine print.
- Cancel anytime: subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, keep working until the end of the paid period, and carry no long-term contract or penalty.
- Transparent auto-renewal: renewal cycle, expiry reminders and how to turn renewal off are stated on the payment page — no silent charges.
