Terms of Service

RiseWake (grow.zalize.com) is operated by Zalize — an automated customer-acquisition engine for indie developers. By using the service (including joining the waitlist or using the invite-based beta) you agree to these terms.
1. The service & beta status
RiseWake is currently an invite-based free beta: features may change, pause, or be adjusted, and data structures may migrate. We aim to give advance notice of major changes, but the beta is provided "as is".
2. Accounts
- Accounts are opened via waitlist invites; you must provide a valid email and keep your credentials safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us immediately about any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- When submitting products to third-party directories or platforms, you must comply with the target site's terms of service. RiseWake automates submission only through channels the target site explicitly allows (such as APIs or GitHub PRs); everything else goes through a semi-automated human workflow.
- Published content must comply with Google's spam policies (including scaled content abuse) and applicable law; the service must not be used to publish infringing, misleading, or illegal content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping abuse, rate-limit circumvention, or interference with other users.
4. BYOK (bring your own key)
Content generation uses your own LLM API key. Keys are encrypted at rest and used only for generation tasks you initiate; model usage is billed by your model provider — we add no markup and never handle the payment. You can delete your key in settings at any time.
5. Content & intellectual property
- Product materials you submit remain yours; you grant us the license needed to provide the service (generating submission packages, submitting to directories, publishing content you approve).
- AI-drafted content requires human review before publication and must cite real, reachable sources; ultimate responsibility for published content rests with the publisher.
6. Fees
Everything is free during beta — no credit card required. Nobody is charged before launch pricing is published; payment, renewal and refund rules will be announced on the pricing page and the Refund Policy.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after notice — or immediately where security or legal risk is involved.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of listing outcomes, search rankings, or conversion results; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages; and our total liability arising from the service is capped at the fees you actually paid us in the preceding 12 months (or USD 20 where that amount is zero during the free beta).
9. Changes to these terms
Updates change the "Last updated" date on this page; material changes will be announced by email or in the console. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
